Opening Hours

If you are calling regarding Tickets, Customer Service or Membership, lines will be open:

Monday - Friday 8.15am - 5.45pm

Saturday - 9.15am - 3.00pm

If you are calling for The Retail Team, lines will be open:

Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Saturday from 9.00am - 1.00pm

HOME MATCH DAYS - Please note that on home match days, the Customer Service telephone line will remain open until kick-off time. All other opening times are subject to change.

Please note the events team do not sell match tickets or deal with ticket related enquiries. 

Tour and Museum

Tours are run 7 days a week, depending on fixtures. To check times of a tour or to book a tour please click here
The museum at Anfield is open 7 days a week, 9am-5pm and last admission 4pm. Last admission on match days is 1 hour before kick off and the museum closes 45 minutes before kick off. It does not re-open after the game.
