Frank Grayer was the last of the 27 men Liverpool used during the 1913-14 League season.

He was picked as a replacement for regular right-back Ephraim Longworth for the 36th match of a 38-game season at home to Manchester United on April 15, 1913.

United won the game 2-1 and it was Grayer's only selection for Liverpool's first-team.

Grayer was so badly wounded after the war he never played football again.
