Brendan Rodgers has restored defender Daniel Agger to his Liverpool line-up for Sunday's Barclays Premier League clash against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
The 29-year-old takes his place in the Reds' backline, with Frenchman Aly Cissokho dropping to the substitutes' bench in West London.
As vice-captain, the Dane will wear the armband in the absence of skipper Steven Gerrard.
A new name is featured in the squad too - 16-year-old Academy midfielder Jordan Rossiter has been selected in the 18 by the manager.
The Reds' team in full is: Mignolet, Sakho, Agger, Skrtel, Johnson, Lucas, Allen, Henderson, Sterling, Coutinho, Suarez.
Substitutes: Jones, Toure, Alberto, Aspas, Cissokho, Rossiter, Smith.
