Glen Johnson has given fans a small insight into what Rafa Benitez is like as a manager.
The right-back, currently recovering from a medial knee ligament injury, has played under several big-name coaches, including Fabio Capello, Jose Mourinho and Harry Redknapp.
And he claims they all have different qualities.
Talking exclusively to LFC Weekly magazine, Johnson said: "It is all football with Rafa, but that's not a bad thing.
"Obviously he clearly loves the game and wants everyone to improve and do well. As a player you can never complain about that.
"Just as every man is different, every manager is different too. Every boss has their own way of doing things and their own style. Rafa is like that too."
Spending so long on the sidelines has given Johnson a chance to hone his own managerial skills - albeit on a computer game.
"I'm sick of TV now," he added. "When you're confined to the couch you'll look at anything. Thankfully Championship Manager got me through that time too. I won everything with Liverpool."
The full Johnson interview, plus as exclusive chat with Martin Skrtel and in-depth graphical analysis of Dirk Kuyt's 50 Liverpool goals, appears in this week's LFC Weekly magazine.
