The surge of Kop nostalgia generated by Kenny Dalglish's return as Liverpool manager will continue with two stage shows next month.
Anfield icons Ian St John, Ian Callaghan, Ron Yeats and Chris Lawler will appear in the latest production of The Bill Shankly Story at the New Derry Social Club, Mere Lane, Everton on the evening of Friday, February 11.
The show, in which broadcaster John Keith speaks Shankly's words and actor Steve Hazlehurst narrates, has played to packed houses in several countries since it premiered in 2006.
Tickets are available in person at the club or by calling 0151 263 1758.
A week later, on Friday, February 18, the four Liverpool heroes will also appear in their new show Tales Of The Anfield Legends at the Theatre Royal, St Helens.
The former players tell the revealing stories behind their favourite photographs, which are displayed on a giant screen on stage, and their topics include the world famous Boot Room and the deeds of
Shankly, Paisley and Fagan.
"We've raided our scrapbooks to pick our treasured pictures," says Callaghan, the club's 857-match appearance record holder.
"We tell the story of Liverpool FC from the 1960s right through to the first European Cup win in 1977 and it's a wonderful journey.
"When the show was launched at the Liverpool Empire in November the atmosphere was fantastic. The audience gave us a standing ovation so we're really looking forward to staging it again in St Helens."
Tickets are £15 with £12 concessions and are available at the theatre box office or by calling 01744 756000.Or go to www.sthelenstheatreroyal.co.uk
