It's that time of year again when the rumour mill goes into overdrive. Here we take a look at who Liverpool are being linked with in the media on Saturday.

The Daily Mail claims Liverpool are one of several Barclays Premier League teams interested in FC Porto midfielder Joao Moutinho.

They report that the 25-year-old, who starred for Portugal at the European Championships, is also attracting the interests of Tottenham, Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea.

Meanwhile, TalkSport claims the Reds are keeping an eye on the future of Barcelona forward Ibrahim Afellay.

They report both Liverpool and Spurs will monitor the Dutchman's situation at the Nou Camp over the coming weeks.

Elsewhere, the Bolton News report the Reds are weighing up a bid for Mark Davies.

They allege the 24-year-old is also attracting interest from Aston Villa.
