Any such entries will be invalid.

3) The closing date for entries is 02/10/03 at 12:00

4) The first correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the following prize:

Prize: One pair of two tickets to watch Liverpool FC v Arsenal on October 4th 2003 (This game date and time is subject to change) The winner must meet all additional costs associated with the prize including travel.

5) Entry is via SMS to 84122 (UK) 57030 (IRL). Each entry will be charged at #1 (UK) / E1.25 (Ireland) + std out txt rate. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed, incomplete, or for electronic entries or winning notifications that are not received or delivered. Any such entries will be deemed void.

6) The draw shall take place on 2nd October 2003. The winner will be notified by text/phone on the day of the draw. The winner shall have 2 days to claim his/her prize. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery of the prize may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7) The Promoter's decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8) Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

9) The winner may be required to participate in future publicity.

10) The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
