Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has been told he will have to pay £6m for the services of Sporting Lisbon's Spanish winger Diego Capel.
The 25-year-old has been targeted by Premier League rivals Spurs and Arsenal as well as the Reds and now reports in Portugal claim Sporting are ready to offload one of their highest earners.
The former Sevilla star is available if someone comes up with the asking price of £6m, which is unlikely to pose a problem to any of the interested parties.
Marseille are also known to be interested in the Spain international but Reds boss Rodgers appears to be favourite with reports claiming he had a £3m bid for the player turned down last summer.
