Gylfi Sigurdsson has been valued at £10 million as Liverpool, Everton and Manchester United all warm to the Icelander.

Swansea's on-loan star has been outstanding since joining from German club Hoffenheim.

But the Bundesliga outfit are now demanding a large fee for the attacking midfielder, who has blasted seven goals in 14 starts for the Swans.

Kop chief Kenny Dalglish, Everton coach Jimmy Lumsden and United spy Martin Ferguson all watched Sigurdsson dazzle against Bolton on Saturday.
