Dejan Lovren has stated he is "not in a hurry to leave Lyon" despite his recent criticism of the club.
Suitors, with Liverpool the most prominent, are reportedly circling for Lovren, 23, after the Croatia international centre-back fell out of favour at OL following an interview with Sportske Novosti in which he criticised the club.
With Lyon looking to fill a €25 million-sized hole in there budget in the upcoming transfer window, Lovren could be cashed in on, but the former Dinamo Zagreb does not necessarily see his future elsewhere.
"Every player wants to go to a big club. I'm under contract to 2016, but anything can happen. Having said that, I'm not in a hurry to leave Lyon," he told Croatian website tportal.hr, and added that he did not regret the interview, which appeared in early April, that may have ended his OL career.
"I said what was in my heart. My interview made certain people uncomfortable, but it was my choice and I don't regret my words."
