STEVEN Gerrard admitted Liverpool have not been good enough in the Champions League this season as they ended their campaign with a defeat at home to Fiorentina.
Liverpool finished with their worst points tally in their group stage history with only two victories from their six games and skipper Gerrard said: "This result was slightly unfair, but for the whole campaign we have not been good enough.
"But it has gone now and we need to get over it. We will try to win the Europa League but our priority is to finish fourth in the Premier League."
Arsenal, who had already qualified as group leaders for the last 16, put out a young side at Olympiakos and were beaten 1-0. Leonardo scored the winner for the Greek side.
