Liverpool target Wilfried Zaha will be allowed to leave for the right price, according to Crystal Palace co-owner Steve Parish.
The England U21 international was reported to have been approached by the Anfield club in the January transfer window, but the Eagles held strong and even turned down a £7million bid from Bolton Wanderers.
Kenny Dalglish was Reds manager then, but Zaha's performances – especially in Palace's incredible Carling Cup win at Old Trafford – last season brought a lot of interest from Premier League teams.
The south London club's finances mean it would be difficult for them to turn down an offer from a club such as Liverpool but Parish is hopeful no such bid will come.
"I guess for a club like Palace, everyone's got a price," he told the BBC.
"It's a horrible thing to say in a way because we'd love to see a team succeed with the youth of the area at the heart of the team.
"Fingers crossed, we don't get a big offer for Wilfried or Jonny [Williams] that we're forced to consider."
Kenny Dalglish's sacking last month could have ended Liverpool's interest, but the transfer policy brought in by owners Fenway Sports Group – predominantly purchasing promising young talent – means Zaha would be a likely target for them.
