Liverpool are likely to be on alert amid reports Juventus are ready to sell striker Fernando Llorente.
It is no secret the Reds are looking to bolster their attacking line and have been linked with the Spanish forward in recent times.
A change in system has had an effect on the 30-year-old, with coach Massimiliano Allegri showing less emphasis on width resulting in fewer crosses for the towering forward to feed on.
Liverpool's style of play, therefore, could be more beneficial for the striker.
Prior to Allegri's arrival, Llorente hit 18 goals for the Bianconeri last term following a free-transfer move from Atletico Madrid in 2013.
However, with Tottenham Hotspur target Simone Zaza heavily linked with a switch to Turin this summer, the player could be deemed surplus to requirements, with reports in Italy suggesting the club may well consider cashing in on Llorente.
And with Spurs, Sevilla and Valencia also all understood to be monitoring the situation, Juve could expect to make a lucrative profit on a player who cost them nothing in transfer fees.
