Burnley hot shot Danny Ings is wanted by Liverpool and Scottish giants Celtic - with Neil Lennon desperate to buy British.
Lennon sent assistant Garry Parker to watch England U21 cap Ings in action at the weekend as he looks to spend the cash from the sale of Gary Hooper.
The Celtic chief has already been warned off Huddersfield's James Vaughan after watching him twice and he would also have to find a lot of money to buy Ings.
Liverpool are keen on the Turf Moor goal machine as competition for Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge.
But Celtic see him as a starter and a major signing for their domestic title bids and the Champions League.
Burnley are chasing promotion and would look for a huge fee for Ings, but Lennon is keen to spend some of the money he raised from sales.
