Blackpool chairman Karl Oyston has confirmed the club are close to signing Liverpool duo Tom Ince and Gerardo Bruna.
As revealed by skysports.com last week, Blackpool were lining up a double loan deal for the midfield pair as Ian Holloway looks to bolster his squad.
Ince is also thought to be attracting interest from Fulham, but Blackpool are hoping they can strike a deal with the Reds for both players.
Ince and Bruna have yet to make an appearance for Liverpool's first team and are regulars in the reserves.
The Anfield outfit could be willing to loan out the duo so they can get some regular first-team experience under their belts.
"It is moving closer," Oyston told the Blackpool Gazette.
"I am hoping for a call back on both of them today, but it is done when the ink is dry on the contract and not before."
