SWANSEA face a battle with Liverpool to sign teenage Cliftonville striker Rory Donnelly.

Swansea manager Brendan Rodgers has tabled an undisclosed bid for the 19-year-old Donnelly, who has scored 17 goals in the Irish Carling Premiership this season.

Cliftonville are weighing up the offer as well a further approach from Uwe Rosler's Brentford.
