Blackpool winger Tom Ince is relaxed about his future as Premier League interest builds in the youngster.
Ince, who netted twice at Wolves on Saturday, had been expected to rejoin Liverpool in the January transfer window but Reading have now joined the race for the 20-year-old.
And while the England Under 21 international admits that he wants to play at the highest level, he has stressed that he is not desperate to force an immediate exit from Bloomfield Road.
"Every player wants to play top level at some stage of their career," said Ince, quoted in the Daily Mirror.
"But as far as I am concerned, if I am still a Blackpool player come Thursday then great. My attitude will never change and I won't go off the rails thinking, 'Why didn't I get this move or that move?'
"I will always work hard for this team and I am happy scoring goals for Blackpool. The club has given me the stage to express myself and the players allow me to do it.
"Players like me can be very frustrating when we are trying to do tricks and lose the ball, but the lads know if they can get the ball to me in the right areas I can cause problems."
He certainly succeeded in doing so at Molineux at the weekend as the Seasiders picked up a 2-1 win and Ince is backing caretaker boss Steve Thompson to get the job permanently.
He added: "Why not give Steve the job? He's been here through thick and thin and I think he deserves it. He does everything for the lads, not himself, to help this club."
