Soccerlens: Reds interested in Napoli duo

Liverpool are confident of qualifying for the Champions League next season and it seems that they have already started preparing for the summer transfer window.
The Merseysiders are reportedly interested in Napoli duo of Gokhan Inler and Valon Behrami.Swiss website Infoticker.ch has reported that Napoli midfielders who will take part in the next World Cup with the Swiss National team, are on Liverpool's radar.
The Napoli midfielder Gokhan Inler has played 40 games for Napoli this season, scoring four and providing three assists. Inler was also a target during former England manager Roy Hodgson's reign at Anfield.
Inler started his career at FC Basel, but was later loaned out to FC Schaffhausen.
In the beginning of the 2004-05 season, Fenerbahçe secured his services and signed him on a four-year contract.
In January 2006, he was signed by FC Zurich and was part of the 2005-06 and 2006-07 Swiss Championship winning team.
Udinese was his next club and Inler had a successful sting with Friuly side before moving to his current side Napoli.
Inler's team mate at Napoli, Behrami has a contract until 2017 and also attracting the interest of Liverpool.
However, it looks difficult that the president of the club De Laurentiis will give green light for the sale of both players during the summer.
