Liverpool winger target Santi Cazorla has had a €20 million price placed on his head by Villarreal, according to reports.
The 26-year-old Spanish international emerged on the Reds radar back in January, and Kenny Dalglish was again linked with a move for the player last week.
AS claims the Yellow Submarine have informed Liverpool that their asking price and that the player is available for €20 million, with the Spanish publication going on to claim that Cazorla is aware of the Anfield interest in his services.
Dalglish is thought to be keen on bringing a winger to Merseyside this summer, and is working alongside Liverpool director of football Damien Comolli in trying to bring transfer targets to the club during the window.
Stewart Downing, Charles N'Zogbia and Juan Mata are just a handful of players in the position being linked with a move to Liverpool, whilst a left back and striker are also reported to be on the club's agenda.
After the addition of Jordan Henderson for a reported £20 million last week, Dalglish appears set to splash the cash handed to him by owners Fenway Sports Group further in the coming months, and another large fee will be needed if they are to bring Cazorla to Liverpool from El Madrigal.
