Jack joined Liverpool as the U18s fitness coach in December 2014 having spent the previous five seasons at Newcastle United.
Prior to this Jack gained experience at Tottenham Hotspur, Barnet and Watford.
An accredited sports scientist with the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES), Jack completed a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Hull, an MSc in sport sciences (applied human performance) at Brunel University, and is currently undertaking a part-time PhD at Leeds Beckett University investigating the effects of speed endurance training in elite youth soccer players.
Jack completed the FA Fitness Trainers Award and is an Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach with the United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Jack said: "My role is to develop the physical qualities of elite youth football players alongside the coaching programme.
"The aim is to develop Champions League standard players that can excel physically and be resilient to injury.
"In collaboration with the football coaches and medical staff, an individual player approach is implemented based on their physical profile and training status.
"Finally, our aim is to develop professional players with an elite mindset to ensure a long and successful career.
"As such, we empower players with education to make the right decisions how best to manage their nutrition and recovery strategies."
