Diversity & Inclusions
LFC in the Community
Here at Liverpool Football Club we don't believe that anybody should miss out on Football or Educational opportunities simply because of their background, ethnicity, gender, or any other reason at all. So with that in mind, LFC created its new
'Football 4 All' Programme.
Our job is to create new football and educational opportunities for young people from diverse communities and to help facilitate integration between different communities within the city.
"Football 4 All"
We accomplish this by holding LFC 'Football 4 All' Community Coaching in many areas of Liverpool, working with young people, both boys and girls, in areas such as Anfield, Breckfield, Kensington, Toxteth, Dingle, Aigburth, and Childwall to name just some.
Our Football 4 All Coaching is delivered in schools during the daytime, in the evening and weekends in Sports Centres, and in the evening times in many Youth and Community Centres across Merseyside, and is absolutely and completely FREE!
Young people get the opportunity to receive inclusive football coaching that is fun and enjoyable, in a safe and warm environment, and are offered guidance and support with all things sport, nutrition and health related.
Tournaments are also regularly held for youngsters from different areas which are again fun and enjoyable for all!
All our coaching is provided by our fantastic "Football 4 All" Coaching team that are all FA qualified as well as fully CRB cleared.
We also help aspiring coaches get qualified in the game and then help them get the experiences necessary for paid coaching through our
"LFC 'Football 4 All' Coach Education & Volunteer Coaching Programme"
We further support key events such as 'Refugee Awareness', 'Black History Month', 'Kick it Out' Anti-Racism campaign and we work closely with organisations such as the 'Anthony Walker Foundation' promoting racial equality and harmony.
