Liverpool transfer speculation today sees on manager Brendan Rodgers tracking Burnley goal machine Danny Ings at the top of his Christmas wish-list.
Rodgers wants a new striker to give him depth behind Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge - and the England U21 hot-shot is his main target.
Ings has been sensational in the Championship this season and Reds chief Rodgers thinks he is ideal to add an extra dimension to his squad.
The former Bournemouth striker could be persuaded to go to Anfield, although he would clearly only be cover to Suarez and Sturridge.
High-flying Burnley would demand a major fee for Ings as they are chasing the massive financial prize of promotion back to the Premier League.
However, the parachute payments from their last stint at the top table in 2009-10 are running out, and they recently revealed losses that were only partly covered by the summer sale of striker Charlie Austin to Queens Park Rangers.
Liverpool are said to be leading the charge to snap up Dinamo Moscow winger Balazs Dzsudzsak even though new Fulham boss Rene Meulensteen has thrown his hat into the ring.
The 26-year-old has been on the radars of several English clubs his days at PSV Eindhoven, but instead he decided to make the move to Russia with big spending Anzhi before making the move to Moscow in 2012, becoming Hungarian football's most expensive player in the process at £15m.
Dinamo are now reportedly ready to listen to offers for the player after a heavy £60m spending spree saw them bring in the likes of Aleksandr Kokorin, Igor Denisov and Yuri Zhirkov and now both club and player have hinted that they would both be open to a switch elsewhere.
Liverpool have had their eye on the 57-cap winger for some time now and Brendan Rodgers will monitor his situation over the next couple of weeks after news of Fulham's initial interest will likely garner some attention.
Meanwhile, reports in Spain suggest, Arsenal and Liverpool have entered the race to sign Barcelona forward Pedro in January.
The Spanish international is not happy with his playing time at the Camp Nou and is open to the idea of a move in the upcoming transfer window.
And reports in Spain suggest that the Premier League is the 26-year-old's preferred destination. According to AS that has put Arsenal and Liverpool on alert with both seeking attacking reinforcements.
