SAIDO BERAHINO could force West Brom to accept a £14m bid from Liverpool or Tottenham in January.

The Baggies took to Twitter yesterday to deny that Berahino was on the verge of a £23m switch to Anfield next month.

Tony Pulis is on the verge of taking over at the Hawthorns and would certainly be hoping to keep the England international around.

But reports today suggest that Berahino is determined to leave the club and may leave West Brom with little choice but to accept a reduced fee.

TalkSPORT claim that a bid of around £14m is likely to be enough to persuade the Baggies to sell given Berahino's insistence that his future lies away from the club.

And in a blow to Spurs, the Burundi-born star is thought to prefer a move to Liverpool.
