Liverpool are lining up a shock deal to sign Barcelona wonderkid Gerard Deulofeu at the end of the season.

Deulofeu, who is currently on-loan at Sevilla, is set to be sold in the summer when he returns to the Nou Camp.

And reports in Spain say Liverpool are keen on a deal, with Brendan Rodgers interested in bringing Deulofeu back to the Premier League.

Deulofeu enjoyed a spell with Everton previously and impressed, becoming a firm favourite at Goodison Park.
