Liverpool remain keen on Wolves goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey.
The Wolves stopper was linked with a move to Anfield when Rafa Benitez was in charge of the club, but Liverpool are still being linked with a move for the 23-year-old.
Hennessey started his youth career at Manchester City before moving to Molineux as a junior in 2003.
A £2million bid was reportedly rejected previously by Mick McCarthy's side, and the Merseyside club will have to table a bigger offer if they are to secure a 'keeper seen as a solid understudy to Spanish star Pepe Reina.
